Contact Lens Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns of contact lenses only if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

• Opened or damaged boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.

• The prescription must match the product being returned.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.
